Discover the Hidden Coastal Gems of Akrotiri

Our first stop is the breathtaking Seitan Limania, one of the most famous and
photogenic beaches in Crete. This narrow, fjord-like cove is surrounded by steep
limestone cliffs that plunge into clear, turquoise waters. From the comfort of our
boat, you’ll be able to take in this awe-inspiring view, dive into the refreshing sea, or
simply relax on deck as we gently rock in one of nature’s most dramatic creations.

From there, we head to Kamares, a tranquil bay named after the natural stone
arches found in the area. This lesser-known spot is ideal for snorkeling and swimming.

The sea is calm and shallow, making it perfect for families and those who
want to explore marine life in a peaceful environment. The underwater world here is
teeming with small fish and interesting rock formations.

Next, we cruise to Aspra, a small cove framed by bright white rock formations that
reflect the sun like a mirror. The contrast between the white stones and the vivid
blue sea is simply stunning. It’s a perfect place to take photos, sunbathe, or float
effortlessly in calm waters. Aspra is pure relaxation in a setting that feels untouched
by time.

As we continue our journey, we make a last refreshing stop at Marathi Island, just
across from our starting point. This small island gives you one more chance to swim,
dive off the boat, or enjoy a snack and a drink while taking in the serene view of
Marathi from the sea.

We then cruise toward the well-known bay of Marathi, where calm, sandy shores
and peaceful waters welcome us for a longer stop. Here you can swim, sunbathe, or
optionally enjoy a delicious lunch at a seaside taverna, with fresh fish and traditional
Cretan dishes served right by the water. It's the perfect place to unwind in a
picturesque and family-friendly environment.

Our next destination is the remote and peaceful Sosorides beach. Tucked between
cliffs and completely inaccessible by land, this hidden gem offers total seclusion.
Here, the only sounds you’ll hear are the waves and the occasional seabird
overhead. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and immerse yourself in the raw
nature of Crete’s coast.

Before we return to port, we approach Admiral Island—a small islet steeped in local
maritime history. Legend has it that the islet was used as a naval observation point,
but today it offers something equally valuable: a quiet spot to snorkel and enjoy the
raw beauty of the sea. Swim around its rocky edges and discover an underwater
world full of life and color.
